This recipe is in testing

I wanted to create a low cost alternative to COMP (the Japanese Soylent) and this is what I came up with. It uses pearled barley instead of oats because barley is readily available at my local supermarket and much cheaper. I tried to source everything from Amazon.co.jp and also avoid items that need to be imported.

How to Make

  1. Grind up all the solid ingredients (pills, barley, nori). I use an electric coffee grinder.
  2. Mix in all the other powders
  3. When you are ready to drink, add the oil, milk, and water to desired thickness.
  4. Shake and enjoy!
