This is the first 1.0 release released for KetoX. I've been aiming at using this as my primary meal replacement, and after running it through the wringer I believe this is as close to a 1.0 as I can get.
Note: in the nutritional facts, the carbohydrates have been adjusted to not show total carbs instead showing net carbs. The name has a segment showing the total carbs if there is a difference.
KetoX is a ketogenic meal replacement that is geared towards keeping the carbohydrate levels below 20 grams and the sugar levels as close to 0 grams as possible. I've used the multiple protein powders due to each of their characteristics. The Dymatize Elite 100% whey protein is a relatively fast burner, the Dymatize Elite Gourmet whey protein has been added to boost the carbohydrates into just above 10 grams. I've personally found with 0 carbohydrates the body seems to sputter, and after raising it a bit things became better. Let me know how it works for you! The casein protein is a slow burner, and keeps the body from creating a fast glucose spike. The coconut oil is a great multiple variety nutritional addition. It also provides the fats in a metabolically stable form. The cod liver oil is for the omega 3 fatty acids. This variety has very little taste, concentrated, and is unnoticeable once mixed. The heavy whipping cream is mostly for the fats.
