Working on a clone of the '100% Food' product. Not completely perfect yet, its a Work In Progress (WIP)

I really like the 100% Food products, and this doesn't look much cheaper to make than to just buy from them, but I wanted to give it a go anyway.

I didn't like that I had to add pills and powders as much as I did but it was the only way I could get the numbers to work out as close as I have them.

The fiber is double the recommendation but we don't typically get enough fiber. Niacin is a bit high as well, need to work on the recipe to try and bring this down. Other than these two items I'm happy with most of the values and as a bonus the Omega 3 to 6 ration is close to 1:1.

According to the following definition this recipe is 'lower carb' being < 45% carbs.

According to the 2010 Dietary Guidelines for Americans, carbohydrates should make up 45 to 65 percent of a person's total daily calorie intake. Any amount less than this could be considered low carb. (http://healthyeating.sfgate.com/150-carbs-per-day-still-considered-low-carb-7754.html)

Any input or ideas are appreciated.
