Threw this together, I wanted decent amount of carbs with an ample amount of protein. Also I wanted to split the main carb sources three ways as it helps with more balanced nutrition. Also a high protein 3k calories at less then 5$ a day is very cheap. Lentils are the main thing that are a bit different then most DIY soylents, but man they are great. Still a work in progress
