The objective here was to provide a powder only savory ketogenic soylent that will satisfy as a meal replacement when a keto-friendly meal is unavailable. It's not really intended to be used as an entire diet, but 1 or 2 meals per day and supplemented with some animal protein or fish, and fresh salad/veg for dinner. The amount of protein powder can be reduced if you are planning on getting all of your protein from an actual meal later.
