Trying to formulate something to replace most of my meals, minimal animal ingredients, minimal cost, made for a person that's assigned-female-at-birth, and with ingredients that are available in Canada.

Goals for a future rendition: more complete nutrition, eliminate whey protein in favour of a vegan protein, make sure it tastes alright, possibly cut unnecessary costs.
