Based on a mix of a few different Keto recipes I've seen. Large Caloric cut on base mix but plan on snacking on almonds through out day as well to add probably close to 300+ calories.
Also added a few non-nutritional supplements based off past experience. I've liked CLA in the past as well as Inositol especially being on keto and not eating any wheat.
3-15-15 Made it for the first time today and was surprised that it didn't taste bad at all. I only did maybe 1/4 a tsp of cayenne pepper and you could really feel the kick, definitely not for everyone. This recipe spread amongst 3 32oz blender bottles then water added pretty much tasted like watered down peanut butter. I added a bit of unsweeted cocoa powder and 3 squeezes of stevia liquid to the entire batch and it tastes pretty good.
