Soylent for Starters, Easy Recipe
Cheap and easily customizable vegan soylent! Easy base formula that you can use to create your perfect recipe. This recipe can also easily be made with a low start up cost, as there are so few ingredients.
Steps (In Order) :
- Make your own customized nutrient profile.
- Pick carb source/s, protein source/s, fat source, and a multivitamin.
- Using your nutrient profile, fill out your daily requirements as best as you can, using only the basic sources mentioned above.
- Fill in any nutrient "holes" with supplement powders, I recommend http://www.bulksupplements.com.
- Add any additives or flavors that you like, keeping aware of how your nutrients change.
Note: I strongly advise to measure carefully with a milligram scale, as the volume measurements are inexact. Ps, The Stevia is approximately 1/32 tsp.
