Wanted to try my hand at a soylent recipe where you could actually get most ingredients locally (in Canada, that is). Most items can be purchased at GNC/Popeye's Supplements, Superstore/Walmart/Safeway, bulkbarn, etc. Also added the option of milk & bananas to give it a kick of vitamins & potassium. I tried to make most ingredients divisible by 3, so that you can prepare meal by meal!
