Whey Hemp Oat Masa Raw-meal (primary Ingredients)

This recipe was designed to provide nutrients from a variety of sources including as many natural sources as feasible and excluding man made 'pills' where possible. I included multiple sources of protein, carbohydrates and fats for nutritional variety and completeness.

I wanted to base it on Garden of Life products alone but I couldn't make the numbers work out. I had to include manufactured ingredients ('pills') to make it nutritionally complete.

I have tried to make the numbers as accurate as I can with in reason. If you spot anything that looks off please let me know, I'll look into it further and correct it.
