Has a very milky taste. Goes best with flavors that favor milk or cream. I really like strawberry and chocolate, or earthy spices like pumpkin or ginger. Also banana, orange, chocolate-mint, etc.

Instead of just taking the multivitamin and choline pills I crush then with a mortal and pestle and add them to the mix.
