For those interested in a meal replacement without the use of highly processed powders. All ingredients meant to be mixed in a blender EXCEPT for the 3 eggs. Loosely following advice from "Beyond Paleo" people from The Perfect Health Diet and Dr. Chris Kresser.
This meal replacement includes three hard-boiled eggs. Few foods can top nutritional content/affordability/portability of a hard-boiled egg. 3 should be eaten every day. (Perfect Health Diet recommendation).
NOTE: The carrot's fiber content is not being included in totals for some reason. This meal hits fiber requirements for USDA male very well.
NOTE: It is very difficult to get significant amounts of K in a meal replacement. Everyone should be supplementing with Vitamin K in pill form. (Perfect Heath Diet) http://perfecthealthdiet.com/2010/10/are-the-boston-red-sox-malnourished/ . ...
