Easy to obtain ordinary food ingredients from UK supermarkets like Co-operative, Sainsburys, Aldi, Asda, Tesco, Morrisons. Keeping the £/Kg as low as possible.

I'd like it to have a positive or neutral effect on blood pH, as well as low glycemic index.

The hardest bit of this seems to be collating all the vitamin, mineral and other micro-nutrient information from various sources, as it isn't on the packets.

I have struggled especially finding data on sulphur / sulfur content, so those numbers are my best estimates based on:
