Lots and lots of eggs.
Eggs, cream, inulin, shredded coconut, soy protein, nutrisorb, iodine, vit c powder to be served together, presumably scrambled.
Remainder in pill form. NB I haven't tried this, I don't think shredded coconut would go well with scrambled eggs in terms of texture. I just put the coconut in there to bumb up the fibre content. You could always try without it.
