I realized that making soup is cheap and requires very little work (especially if you use a rice cooker).

It also typically tastes better than goop, and you're not limited to dry ingredients.

Hopefully, there's a way to get all the nutrition you need each day from a soup that takes less than 5-10 minutes to prepare (and each batch can last for days).

Also hopefully it tastes good.
