Based off of People Chow 3.0.1 - "Tortilla Perfection!" and Low Barrier People Chow 3.0.1. For those who want to try People Chow without the ~200$ investment, and don't want to get off the couch. I've also added in oatmeal at the suggestion of some commenters on the People Chow recipe. I'm presuming salt, milk, and probably oatmeal are common enough not to buy online.
