I make my own oat flour by buying the cheap old fasioned oats and grinding them with the milling blade on one of those "bullet" mixers. To make for each meal: Divide the recipe in 3rds and mix with 2 cups of cold water. It tastes really good if you add a packet of sweet-n-low (which I also use in my coffee) and a splash of vanilla. If you really don't care about being precise, each shake consists of roughly: -1/2 cup oat flour -2/3 cup powdered milk -1/2 scoop whey protein (slightly less than 1/4 cup) -slightly over 1 tbsp canola oil -1 packet of sweet - n- low -splash of vanilla.
