Loosely based on Hacker School recipe

My goals were: -Gluten free, dairy free, grain free, oat free

-High in vitamins A, B6, B12, folate, zinc, iron, and calcium based on celiac nutrient deficiency research

-All items available at local grocery and vitamin stores

-Contains no chocolate, peanuts, artificial sweeteners, or other migraine triggers

Directions: mix powders, crush pills with mortar & pestle and mix in. Amount of olive oil in recipe is roughly 3 Tablespoons. To drink, take 1/3 of dry mix, add 1 T olive oil, and add 16oz of water or nondairy milk of choice, stir well and let rest for ~5 mins, then drink.
