All food based, no supplements. Vegetable and fruits are frozen. Seeds, nuts, and grains either I buy milled or I grind in a coffee grinder. Yogurt will either be as unrefined as possible if not home cultured. Everything blended together. Has an olive color. I add 2 tbs of stevia to help with taste (it's palatable but not delicious). I use 6-8 cups of water (I like smooth consistency). Finished product is about 100 fluid ounces.
