I've been walking across the US, from Tampa to Seattle and my biggest issue has been maintaining a decent nutritional intake. Between eating entire pizzas to keep my calories up to suffering through deficiencies, It's time for a bit of a change.

Note: It's cold right now so I'm not factoring in sweat. I'd add in an extra pinch or two of sea salt during the summer and drink at least a gallon a day of water.
