Small batch before I commit to bulk purchase through Amazon.
Replaced Hershey's Special Dark with regular Hershey's.
Added the psyllium because I am on omeprazole for acid reflux need the extra fiber. The psyllium really thickens this up - add extra water to compensate. I prefer a milkshake consistency.
Overall texture is a lot better if you mix this up the night before and let it sit in the fridge. Somewhat mealy/gritty - that would be improved with smooth texture psyllium.
