Recipe designed for losing weight at a healthy pace, also keep me full and focused throughout the work day. I have purposefully sourced most of my ingredients locally as i'm aware of my ability to forget to order things in advance and i want to be able to quickly run to the store if i forget something.
Sodium is purposefully kept low, as well as carbs and calories. Protein is high as i perform better with more protein.
The Folate is on the edge of too high but the only health risks of high folate i've found are that it can mask a B12 deficiency. Since i'm not at risk of one, i'm viewing this as a very low level issue.
i may need to add more fats, we'll see how i feel in a day.
