Wanted to have something locally sourced in Hamilton, ON

Training for a Physique challenge (depending on shyness) and some MMA bouts. I'm completely new to both and kind of flabby. Set the Calories to what I would estimate to be a healthy weight loss, muscle building, fat burning ratio while accommodating for the needs of energy and recovery.

Zinc appears to be high, but after considerable research, the UL can be up to 40mg. Trying to figure out how to get the iodine level a bit higher without adding to zinc levels. Any input welcome.

Added the Turmeric for all of it's natural goodness witchdocteryness.

Will assess in a month or two with blood work to fact check to see if I am lacking anywhere. Again, any helpful input welcome as I am no pro.

Potential start date Nov 4, 2013.
