Any expectations for an update on the ecommerce store? Specifically, I'm hoping to hear what we might expect, other than Soylent, to be available. I know those tumblers (and other items) didn't make quota for the backer kits, but I'm hoping they might…
@KidBucket understand that it's a bummer - to manage reorder rate we need to ship larger orders first, since they'll take longer to reorder.
JulioMiles - Apr 18, 2014 9:54pm
The scoop diameter is 2.75 inches, unfortunately.
@KidBucket Orders are grouped by size and each group is arranged by order date.
@kevinbracken We're consolidating orders, so you would end up with a 6 week order that would be shipped with other 6 week orders
@KingG33K Sorry, I thought you said you had a total of 8 weeks (two 1 month orders) -- 5 week orders will take a week or two longer to ship.
RT @slyphex: @soylent I haven't been this excited since I got my NASA playset when I was 5.
@ronprograms We are consolidating orders so your 2 months should go out in the first week of shipping. Thanks for your support!
@LukePeerFly So are we! Make sure to let us know how you like it.
@chrisruno Check out http://t.co/K16g7K7ynQ for estimated ship dates!
@RambleMan We hope to be shipping internationally by the end of 2014, Canada will definitely be one of the first countries we expand into.
@Okapikid we look forward to hearing what you think of Soylent!
@QipzThinks Hopefully by the end of 2014! Thanks for your patience.
@bencalegari yup! thanks for your support.
@TechWraith don't have clinical results yet but we designed it to be low GI, and our informal testing supports this.
@LEDFlashing Our latest update on http://t.co/K16g7K7ynQ has SKs going out 4/21 and yes, we'll definitely send out tracking information
@HiredStorm If you order a month in the next few days, you'll almost certainly receive it within the first 2-3 weeks of shipping.
@BeatSpork We posted estimated shipping dates on http://t.co/K16g7K7ynQ, if you still have any questions please let us know, thanks!
@Smurray1587 we're so close, and it's going to feel so good to share that update with everyone!

Are people who are into Organic diets really going to view Soylent in any sort of positive light to begin with? It's pretty much a non-natural chemical cocktail milk shake and I'd find it hard to believe Organic foodies would embrace the idea behind it.…

I think this subpoint falls under the debate at large, because it illustrates fundamental points: So, that's not precisely true. There is a vast different between heritage pollination breeding and hybridization when contrasted with genetic engineering…

The bad press is a result of farmer unions realizing they can't compete with cheap healthy food. You'll notice that there's an uproar over GMO foods but not about Tin cans that are lined with a resin that contains the synthetic estrogen bisphenol-A,…

I like having an all-powder mix, and I'm doing it with liquid oils. After mixing up the powder, I mix in my liquid oils (1/2 MCT, 1/2 cold pressed canola) in with the powder in a huge mixing bowl. The oil makes little balls in the powder which I then…

Hershey's chocolate syrup - enough to flavor your mix, without exceeding 5% of your daily calories, replacing some of your carbs. It's ok!

I am going to make some tonight without cocoa powder and see how it tastes. I'm crossing my fingers. I might have to stick to like just 5 grams of it or something. We'll see. Any good ideas on how to add good, healthy, chocolate flavoring?
kennufs - Apr 12, 2014 6:50pm
Interesting, I hope that clears it up for you. The cocoa has not caused any GERD issues for me thankfully. Let us know what flavors you use to make up for the missing cocoa.
