I ordered all the ingredients and I'm mixing up my first batch tonight.

They already use a small box for the oil. The issue I have seen is that the small box has only been closed in one of the shipments I have opened, the rest of the small boxes have been left open, allowing the bottles to fall out and roll around.

@soylentnoise that sounds like a sugar crash from the simple carbs in the product. I'm trying to figure this out to avoid getting hungry or sleepy in the afternoons. Sipping the product is ideal for the body but not for always our schedules.

Part of the magnesium content is from the oat flour, and part is from MgO. How much is from which is yet unknown, since they changed the formula from the november blog post.

It also seems the formula for Soylent 1.0 contains magnesium in the form of magnesium oxide... I'm not sure if they took the low bio availability into account.
