This has come up a few times and no one has found the prefect pill yet. Most likely these manufacturers are expecting the missing items to be found abundantly in your diet, so they exclude them.

Keep in mind to that the RDA for iron in men is only 8mg, while it is 18mg for women. I'm not aware of the extra being an issue as the UL is 40mg, but if you are trying for only 100% of RDA you will be over your goal with some of these.

Today I mixed one metal Soylent scoop of PB2 (peanut butter powder, chocolate flavored), one scoop of Soylent powder, and one scoop of water to make yummy sandwiches.
