Human Feed 1.0
Human Feed is based on my nutritional profile -- a 19 year old male trying to gain weight. It vaguely resembles the formula behind Huel. Note that the sodium/choride/fat/carb content is slightly under RDI. This is because Human Feed is not meant to be consumed in liquid form; it's meant to be baked into other goods.
The milk in the recipe is optional. I thought it would improve the texture.
