Revision 2: I wanted to add as much fiber and electrolytes as it can handle without tasting gross or being hard to drink / mix.

Increased Potassium Citrate from 3 Tbsp to 1/4 cup

Increased Salt from 2 Tbsp to 1/4 cup

Increased Psyllium Husk Powder from 1 Cup to 1Cup+2Tbsp

Increased Choline-L-Bitrate from 14 Grams to 42 Grams (3 Tbsp)

Increased the Stevia Powder from 2 Tbsp to 2 Tbsp + 1 tsp

Result:

It is a little salty, but not bad, I think I'll go somewhere in the middle of the two measurements next time I make a batch. (its starting to taste like keto chow)

The Psyllium Husk powder is more than I think I need. I think the original amount made a better texture overall.

I think the larger amount of potassium is better overall.

The extra stevia is an improvement. (be careful with this one, a little dab will do you)

Original Recipe:

I dont have a fancy scale, so I use the following measurements:

I make powder for 1 weeks worth. 21 shakes, 3 shakes per day. so, 7 times the amounts in the Recipe on the recipe tab.

21 scoops - Whey Protein powder (The scoop in the bucket)

3 Cups - Cacao powder (you can use normal cocoa powder if you want)

1 Cup - Psyllium Husk Powder

1/2 Cup - Green Superfood (this is optional, I dont count it toward any vitamin reqs)

3 Tablespoons - Potassium Citrate

3 Tablespoons - Cal/Mag/D3 Powder

2 Tablespoons - Salt (non-iodonized)

2 Tablespoons - Stevia powder

1 Tablespoon - Calcium Phosphate

1 Tablespoon - Choline L-Bitarate

1 Tablespoon - MSM Sulfur powder

2 Teaspoons - Xanthan Gum

7 capsuls - MK-7, K-2 ... just poor them out into it and toss the caps.

shake that all up inside an empty whey protien powder canister. (like the keto chow guy does in his video)

To make one shake...

fill a blender bottle up high enough to cover the shaky ball with water (or unsweetened almond milk)

scoop 2 scoops (total of half cup) of the above mixture (using the whey protein powder scoop) ... into the blender bottle with the water, and shake it up for a couple of minutes.

now, add the wet ingredients:

1/3 cup of Whole Cream (or as little as 1/4 cup if you think cream is bad for you)

2 Tablespoons MCT or Canola oil (or 1 of each) (or as little as 1 Tablespoon if you fear oil)

1/2 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract (make sure you check the label, some extract has corn syrup in it)

2-4 drops of Peppermint extract (just enough to curb the bitterness of the chocolate and aftertaste of the stevia)

some water. (just enough to not-quite fill the 24 oz blender bottle)

1 spoonful of Chia seeds if you are into that sort of thing

Shake it all up, and leave it in the fridge overnight.

Dont forget to take your multivitamin and 2 fish oil or flax oil pills to get your omega 3s. and a garlic pill if you are into that.

enjoy.
