This is based off of the normal keto chow. I've increased the protein and fat amounts to be more fitting for an 1800 calorie intake.

Here are flavors that I've tried:

Root Beer - Vanilla Shake + 1/2 tsp root beer extract - tastes a lot like a creamy root beer shake - good would be better with ice

Flavors to be tried: Almond Joy - Chocolate Shake + 1/4 tsp almond extract + 1/2 tsp coconut extract Angel Food Cake - Vanilla Shake + 1/2 tsp coconut extract + 1/4 tsp vanilla extract Birthday Cake - Chocolate Shake + 1/2 tsp butter extract + 1/4 tsp vanilla extract Butterfinger - Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake + 1/2 tsp butterscotch extract (or 2 tbsp sugar free butterscotch pudding) butterscotch - vanilla shake + 1/2 tsp butterscotch extract (or 2 tbsp sugar free butterscotch pudding) caramello - vanilla or chocolate shake + 1/2 tsp caramel extract chocolate almond delight - chocolate shake + 15 raw almonds + 1/2 tsp coconut extract chocolate cheesecake - chocolate shake + 2 oz cream cheese cinnamon almond cream - vanilla shake + 3 tsp cinnamon + 1/4 tsp almond extract (or use almond milk instead of water) cinnamon bun - vanilla shake + 1 tbsp cinnamon + 1/2 tsp vanilla extract + 1 tsp butter extract coconut lime spritzer - vanilla shake with sprite zero instead of water + 2 tbsp lime juice + 1/2 tsp coconut (ice and blend) german chocolate cake - chocolate shake + 1 tsp coconut extract nutty monkey shake - chocolate peanut butter shake + 1/2 tsp banana extract PB&J - chocolate peanut butter shake made with vanilla instead of chocolate :) (the ratios of things are different with the added peanut powder) + 1 tbsp sugar free jelly pistachio - vanilla (or chocolate) shake + 1/2 tsp pistachio extract (or 1-2 Tbsp sugar free pistachio pudding) shamrock - vanilla shake + 1/2 tsp mint extract (chocolate shavings on top if desired) snickers - chocolate peanut butter shake + 1 tbsp cream cheese + 1/2 tsp caramel extract + 1 drop vanilla extract strawberry shortcake - vanilla shake + 1/2 tsp of strawberry extract (or a few strawberries) + 1/2 tsp butter extract + 1/4 tsp vanilla extract. Thai Coconut Chiller - Vanilla Shake + 1 Tbsp lemon juice + 1/2 tsp coconut extract. Ice and blend Tropical Dream - Chocolate Shake + 1/2 tsp pineapple extract Turtle Cheesecake - Vanilla or Chocolate Shake + 1/2 tsp caramel extract + 2oz cream cheese (might lower the HWC if you drink this often) + 3 pecans
