Australia is in dire straits. Millions in poverty, millions unemployed or underemployed. The country is being bled dry by government hand outs and tax cuts to rich multinationals. Australian's need help.

Help has arrived.

-Less that $15 per week ($14.70). -Efficient use of time (takes less than 5 minutes per day to make). -Palatable (dread is kept to a minimum) -Ingredients widely available

Save money on food and stave off the crushing burden of your poverty.

Note:I am not sure of an affordable omega three source but vitamin c tablet could prevent scurvy.

Note: Make sure to use 25g of cocoa, the dutch kind they sell at coles is tasty and inexpensive. The oats have a nasty aftertaste so not enough cocoa and you won't be able to choke down the drink.

Note: Make the night before so it settles and the flavor improves, also make sure to shake before pouring. I use 2 litre container.

Edit: Coles Quick Oats price increased from $1.38 to $1.43.
