My recipe evolution has led to this. A perfect balance of taste, consistancy, digestibility and price. After my Mega Men is gone I will switch to Kirkland multis like others to eliminate vitamin B spikes (which are not harmful at these levels) and save money. Please leave me some feedback if you have any ideas. Enjoy!

*For newbies

Mix all low volume powdered ingredients seperately (Mega Men and below). Crush or empty capsules into this as well. Then sprinkle that mixture evenly into the higher volume stuff to get it spread around evenly. Mix everything again one more time. The oil goes in when you are ready to drink.
