v0.3 Notes This variant of Keto Chow seeks to accomplish the following goals:

  • Remove Lactose
  • Minimize polyunsaturated fats (pUFA)
  • Promote Nutritional Ketosis

I also removed MCT oil, as it is not recommended for Nutritional Ketosis (Volek and Phinney)

This nutritional plan is meant to be cycled. The recommended cycle is:

  • 5 soylent days (3 portions each day)
  • 2 eat days (2-3 low-carb, high-fat meals each day)
