Inspired by the great work of axcho, i have tried to improve some aspects of his Schmoylent recipe, introducing some "superfoods" (hemp protein, quinoa flour, chia seeds) in order to enrich the mix. I have not tried this version yet because i am waiting to receive the ingredients, so i don´t know how does it taste or if it´s just drinkable.

My idea is to replace two meals each day with this potion in transition to vegetarianism and eat one solid meal per day (plus some fruits and nuts between times), but i am not entirely confident about its ability for nurture my body properly. We will see what happen.

The cost of the experiment has been of 230 EUROS for one month (3 meals a day, 7.4 Euros/ day).

Una vez probada mi receta puedo decir que no está mal, mezclada en una blender bottle y tras unas horas de reposo en el frigorífico tiene una textura bastante aceptable, algo arenosa pero no demasiado, y con un sabor que en mi opinión no destaca positiva ni negativamente. Quita el hambre durante unas horas, y la digestión posterior a la ingesta resulta normal.
