Changelog 2/9/15 Removed the Calcium&Magnesium powder and replaced with a Calcium&VitaminD pill to lower the level of magnesium, which was causing some stomach issues. Also removed CocoaPowder and increased WheyProtein.

This is based off of hharris' Bachelorette Chow. I wanted something that removed the Masa entirely and took the oat flour out of the drink for texture purposes. I also substituted coconut oil for soybean oil. The tortillas can be made with just the oat flour and water if you prefer, simply add the salt and coconut oil into the milkshake. Cooking the oat flour also gets rid of any phytic acid concerns. I like to eat some fruit during the day, which makes up for the ~150 caloric deficiency. If you want to subsist solely on soylent, you need to increase the whey protein, oat flour, and coconut oil to reach 1200 calories minimum daily.

Take pill: 1 multivitamin, 1 fish oil, 1 choline [can be ground up to add to milkshake if desired. Does not change the flavor, but adds a yellow sheen]

Cook: 110g (1c) oat flour, 2g (0.4t) iodized salt, 15g (3t) coconut oil [if you want it to mix as liquid, microwave it for 1 minute on high, and drop water to 1/8c], 1/4c water

Blend: 100g whey protein, 7g (1.4t) calcium/magnesium, 2g (0.4t) msm sulfur powder, 25g (5t) cocoa powder, 35g (7t) brown sugar, 17g (3.4t) potassium gluconate, 1g (0.2t) potassium chloride, 2/3L water
