This is the recipe I've settled on.
This is the first recipe I've made that doesn't taste slightly "funny" like all the other recipes I've had. I'm thinking it's because I've gone from using Maltodextrin to rice flour, which doesn't taste bad when mixed with whey protein. I've stopped using the GNC powdered multivitamin, and switched to the Kirkland tablets; one less ingredient to weigh, and a much better nutritional profile. Using the tablets could also have improved the overall taste of the drink. The texture is slightly gritty, but nowhere near something like a masa based recipe, and it won't destroy your throat like People Chow.
It tastes like bland chocolate milk.
Rice Flour, Iodised Salt, and Canola Oil can all be bought locally, and the rest of the ingredients are pretty easy to acquire.
Never mind the links, I haven't bothered to edit them yet, I copied all the ingredients from other recipes to save myself time.
Whey Protein Concentrate, Fine Powdered Oats, Creatine Monohydrate, and Choline Bitartrate can be bought from Bulk Nutrients.
Creatine and Xantan Gum are totally optional.
