Trying to make a soylent shake that fits my keto macros - very low carb, higher protein, moderate fats.
Ideally I want it to taste nice, but I won't know if it does until I try it out... Prices are for buying in bulk, but I'm going to buy smaller packs first to see if I like it.
Make up the powdered ingredients with water (3l? 1.5l?), or 250ml Soya Milk (I'll see which tastes better). Swallow the multivitamins.
I'll be drinking other water as well, and maybe only have this a few days a week. I like chewing food too!
