Recipe based on the USA version of Raw Meal. This is different then the product sold in Canada.

Brunch:

Orange juice ( 2 spoons of psyllium ) after waking up. Shake: coconut milk, Soy milk, Raw meal, Protein and MSM. All the pills.

Evening:

Shake 1: Raw Meal, Protein, Peanut butter and water. Shake 2: V8 juice, garlic and flax seed oil.

There is enough sodium, potassium and chloride in this diet, but its really hard to get the exact numbers, so the nutritional information is under what is in the recipe.

Also you should be able to get the items in this recipe cheaper locally - I do. So consider the online prices to be the most you should pay.
