Recipe based on the USA version of Raw Meal. This is different then the product sold in Canada.

Three liquid meals a day.

Breakfast Glass of orange juice + 2 spoons of psyllium

Shake with raw meal ( 1 scoop ), coconut milk, protein powder ( 1 scoop ) and soy milk and MSM ( 1 tea spoon ), Take all the pills...

Lunch. Shake with raw meal ( 1 scoop ), flax seed oil , protein powder ( 1 scoop ), and soy milk.

Dinner.

Shake 1: V8 + garlic + flax seed oil Shake 2: protein + peanut butter + water

There is enough sodium, potassium and chloride in this diet, but its really hard to get the exact numbers, so the nutritional information is under what is in the recipe.

Also you should be able to get the items in this recipe cheaper locally - I do. So consider the online prices to be the most you should pay.
