Extremely low-carb, ketogenesis-inducing formula with high protein content for strength training/athletes

Macronutrient ratios: Fat: 70% Protein: 25% Carbs: 5%

Total carbs: 39.1g Total fiber: 31.1g Net carbs: 8.0g

Optional:

  • substitute ground psyllium husk for ground flaxseed
  • add Ceylon cinnamon, fresh/dry mint, Stevia extract, and/or other spices in small quantities to improve taste
  • possible to use only one type of protein powder (whey isolate), or rotate through the three for variety, if desired.

Whole, raw eggs are optional, but do provide choline, cholesterol, and a little fat and protein.

For a more "whole foods/nutrition" approach, (using a blender), add a portion of spinach or other dark leafy green to the mix; will not negatively impact macro/micro ratios.

Directions: Divide recipe into desired number of daily drinks (ie. 3) and mix that proportion of all non-supplement pill ingredients into water (approx. 500ml). For optimum results, use a blender.
