Lesser quantities so the cost is less, you can try for a few days or a week and see if you like it so you don't have like a 10 pound bag of flour left over if you hate this DIY soylent thing. Also I'm using a coconut oil MCT Trying to cut out Arginine to avoid cold sores too. Will probably personally add Lysine to mine actually...
