Many recipes overshoot on a lot of minerals and vitamins. I am trying to cut down on the vitamin powder blend to get a better blend of vitamins and minerals.

I also wanted a complete drink where I wouldn't also need to take a pill. Everything you need is in the drink.

All of this for around $5.00 a day.
