Find a local small farm to buy fresh pastured milk and eggs from.

You can also ferment the milk into kefir for even better digestion, especially if you have any milk intolerance.

Use fruit instead of sugar if you can.

You will get strong and healthy on this if you work out, but probably have a little fat. Not a good diet for a bikini competition model, but for everyone else who isn't obsessed with being ripped it's a simple healthy staple to replace a meal when you don't have time or a desire to cook.
