I am currently struggling to find a Vitamin supplement that is not "ultra-potent" so that I can take 2-4 pills spread out over the day rather than only one a day. This one is quite expensive, leaves a few micronutrients below 100% and I don't feel comfortable with having more than 10 times RDA of Vitamin B1 and B2.
The other part I am still figuring out is how to replace the maltodextrin with an ingredient with lower GI. Waxy Maize Starch seems to be an option.
