4 Ingredients, Milk Based.

This is not 100% nutritionally complete, but makes a great 1-2 meal replacement

Instructions:

Use shaker bottle or low speed blender.

1/3 serving/scoop of multivitamin, 1/2 scoop of Maltodextrin, one scoop of Oat powder.

Pour in a cup of milk. You can add more milk as desired. If you are using a blender, try adding some berries/banana, it taste great and adds some extra potassium/vitamins.

Drink with one large glass of water for best results. And you're done!

This version is very easy to start with, low cost, and pretty decent tasting. Great tasting if you blend in some fruit.

It falls short in in completeness- missing several vitamins/minerals, but overall works very well for me and my roommates. Feel free to leave feedback if you have any suggestions or questions.
