Based on BigEpidemic's original Human Enhancement Serum but modified to remove the banana, and go lower carb - and targets 1500 cal/day.

Mix the oils and PB first to get a homogenous consistency - then add in the powders.

I leave the magnesium, multivitamin and choline separate and take them as pills each day rather than grinding them and adding them to the mix.
