Early development of a soylent that is Specific Carbohydrate Diet legal :)

Whole eggs have a better all around profile and are more easily absorbed than dried, raw, or white protein powder. boil them and then pop them in the blender! it's an emulsifier too. The only study I've read regarding cholesterol suggested that there was little to no link between dietary cholesterol in 'cooked' eggs and coronary cholesterol.

75% of the Niacin found in the Freeda Vitamin is in the form of Nicotinamide which does not have the same toxicity profile as Niacin but are "identical in their vitamin functions" - wikipedia (daily Nicotinamide consumption shouldn't exceed 3 g's)

1 part soylent 4 parts water

put it in a blender for about a minute or longer

Immediate W.I.P.:

-Better micronutrient profile

Goals:

-balance fat content evening healthy saturated fats with mono saturated fats close to 1:1 like breast milk.

-balance omega 3 with omega 6 profile ~ 1:2-1:4 considering short, medium, and long chain tryglecerides accounting for "sensitive" oils. EPA and DHA.

-Taste and texture
