I need this as I am battling with addiction. Relapsing can make me skip eating for DAYS on end due to complete loss of appetite. This makes my blood sugar (?) crash to morbid levels.

I do not condone drug use or that you should do anything else than quit; but decide to share this nonetheless - someone might be in need of any help they can get.

The intention with this recipe is not sustainability but a source of moderately accessible sugars and just some basic stuffs that I suspect one needs.

LOW IN HEALTHY THINGS e.g. fibre.
