Standard US low carb 1500 cals profile based on 180cm 73kg male to sustain weight with very little exercise, one of the main purposes of this was to use cheap natural ingredients, when finding a natural source for biotin, a natural source for biotin was hard to ascertain, some websites giving a few foodstuffs that are good sources but no reputable websites providing figures, quotes from the wikipedia page for biotin deficiency "Biotin deficiency rarely occurs among healthy people because the daily requirement of biotin is low, many foods provide adequate amounts of it", from what is written here, elsewhere and the lack of nutritional information for biotin, it seems this it is not a very important vitamin to supplement into the diet as a sufficient amount is already present in a normal diet, and is only needed in case of biotin deficiency, therefore id recommend against using this profile if symptoms of biotin deficiency are observed. it may also be fair to say that this is not a normal diet, i intend to live on this profile for my second year at uni, in case I exhibit neurological disorders, dermatitis and/or other symptoms associated with biotin deficiency I shall cease use and report it and make alterations.
