Yeah I could see my getting up earlier as being related to the sun... but I've always been a night owl regardless of season. If I get up early, it just means I got less sleep. But not lately!
LEDFlashing - May 21, 2014 4:49pm
Yes and no. I've noticed that I've been waking up earlier. But even before soylent this tended to happen to me in the summer because of the sun coming up. It has been EASIER to get up once I'm awake though. There's been a lot less snooze button action.

Nice, will be waiting to hear how it compares for you. I looked at sunflower and safflower oil, but the omega 6:3 ratio was not comparable to fish oil, so it looks like I better just go straight flax and not know what other things taste like
Snowman - May 20, 2014 3:09am
People Chow uses soybean oil -- is this not good enough for vegan use? Is there maybe another ingredient contributing fat that gets the omega balance wrong?
NoFlames - May 20, 2014 3:05am
