I suspect its more about securing the bottles better in the box than the bottles themselves. Once fedex bounced it around a good bit, the little guys didn't stand a chance.

Yes, I had a bit of leakage. Lids seemed not screwed tight enough.

I also weigh myself in the morning and the 7 lbs is conservative. Not that I'm not happy! I'm a good 80 lbs overweight (since getting married hehe).
bryce_leo - Jun 10, 2014 1:26pm
Mine all came in fine, but I still can't figure out why it wasn't a mylar pouch or something of oil instead of an expensive bottle.

Lets talk about gas.The first 3-5 days of gas were absurd. Oh, dear, god. Stock the hell up on Gas-X if you have a date and take it like 3 hours before and don't have any Soylent for at least 3 hours before that. Beano should work well but that will simply…

vanclute - Jun 10, 2014 1:02pm
To me the much more meaningful metric is shape. I lost about 3% of my body weight in our first month on Soylent, which is really nothing to get overly excited about. But, I also lost maybe a half inch (wasn't actually measuring unfortunately) as all…

exercising while on a calorie deficit won't do terrible things to your body. that's how cutting weight works. 400 is on the higher side so you might feel a little sluggish but thats it. if you want more calories....eggs.
